Loved This Book!

"Gratitude Affirmations" was a perfect audiobook for me. Thankfulness is something we should all keep in mind. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook, and my recommendation would be to read this book. We all need to remember the things for which we should be thankful.

Positive expectations lead to positive experiences

Thanks, Shane for this wonderful audiobook, I learned that having positive expectations and positive thinking will lead my life to have positive personal and professional experiences.
I recommend this book to anyone who practices gratitude meditation, I suggest listening to just one chapter per day before your daily meditation or at the end of your daily routine, to have time to make an introspection about yourself and acknowledge the blessings you have every day and reflect that gratitude to the universe.

Inspiring and Motivating

Almost 2 hours of inspiration and motivation. Wonderful listen!
This audio offers a large collection of affirmations on self-reflection, gratitude, relationship skills, love of life, sense of self-worth and feeling appreciated, happiness, allowing the sense of wonder back into one's life, personal quiet time, humility, enjoying the moment, abundance, blessings, and even little things like the beauty of the sunset. the joy of travel. and so much more!
There are more than 30 chapters with wonderful affirmation - more than enough for each day in a full month, to accompany your private time of meditation or prayer.
Ashton Haugen has a warm and encouraging voice that really sets the mood.
Overall, wonderful audio! Highly recommended.

So Good!

I'm a huge self help nerd and I'm always looking for ways to optimize myself. Sounds nerdy I know but that's just how I am. I started listening to these before bed and it was pretty incredible to see how it helped me relax and let go of so many stressors and worries. Reminds me of meditations just taking a few minutes to focus on something good and reset your perspective.

Made me pause and think about what I am grateful for

This was a great listen and made me really think about what I find most important and am grateful for. It reminded me to think about the little things more and to acknowledge gratitude in everything.

Good reminder to be grateful

Gratitude is such an important part of life, and all successful people practice some gratitude exercises. So I decided to listen to this one, and I have to say I am very happy with the content! It definitely makes me think of what I am grateful for and how life is wonderful regardless of what is happening in the world. Give it a try and start changing your mindset!

Powerful!

I love listening to this on my way to work. It puts me in an amazing mood, and I have the confidence to face whatever life throws at me for that particular day. The narrator also has a great voice and excellent pacing - a joy to listen to.
