So insightful.
It was as if she was reading my life to me, with noticeable differences obviously. I am currently going through my self-love journey. she was able to put in towards all of the things that I have learned. This will be the book I go to when I need a reminder in myself love journey.

This book is helping me, and the women I love!
My sister and I are at big life transitions right now and I have a teenager who is nearly an adult. All 3 of us love this book and are growing from it. Heather, don't stop doing this. you were made for it. I wish I knew ALL of this when I was a young adult.

multi level guild to explore self love, self worth
insightful book about the different components of self-love that can be applied at any stage in life. There are some really good words of wisdom for young people about your body's sacredness, how to love yourself first so you can love others and they can love you back.
The narrator spoke eloquently and she was very easy to listen to.

Love it!
Definitely worth the listen or read! I am in my mid journey on Self-love and this really hit the spot on a few situations I needed to hear!

One of the worst books I have read recently
Omg, holy s..t fur balls. This book is like talking to someone who is so full of crap that you wonder if they are a real person. She talks about astrology, yoga, and some other Saturn thing. I can't even get past 20% of the book. Wasted my credit on this bull.
