Great attitude toward work life!
I wish I had heard this philosophy towards work in my early 20's. As a business owner in my 50's, I look back and see that Ken's words are spot on not only for myself but for the many employees that have come and gone over the years. Good Job, Ken.

For employees, not entrepreneurs.
I really thought this book would speak to discovering ways in our existing work to find more purpose in giving of ourselves to the people we serve. Instead, the book concentrates on people who are dissatisfied with their current work and looking to make a complete change in what they do in order to find purpose. It's about acquiring your dream job, not finding more purpose in what you do already, and certainly not self-employment or small business ownership.

From Paycheck To Purpose
I've been wanting to listen to this book for awhile! Finally did. it was alright I guess. I am currently at my dream job and it feels so good! I think Ken Coleman knows what he's talking about when it comes to finding and doing work that you are passionate about and that makes a difference!! I would say if you can get this book during the $10 sale @ ramseysolutions.com go ahead and get it and read it (or listen to it) They have them sales every so often! It's probably worth 10 bucks! Especially if you don't like your current job and are considering a career change.

I was both challenged and encouraged by this book. Need to re-listen with a notebook ready, at some points his activities are worth writing out. A great pause-and-reflect tool. I would recommend this book to anyone who has plateaued or has begun to feel stuck or dissatisfied in their current career situation/life. Coleman writes (and reads) passionately and compassionately.
