Publisher's summary

"Rian Stone once called the Red Pill praxeology the Chilton Manual for intersexual dynamics. Chilton Manuals were model and make-specific handbooks that auto mechanics used to identify parts and processes to repair cars. Everything about that car, from the smallest lug nut to the biggest engine block, would be detailed in that manual. The Chilton Manual doesn’t care what you think about the car’s design, nor does it bother debating how best to repair or drive the vehicle. It only details what that car is. The Chilton Manual is a perfect praxeology." (Rollo Tomassi)

Frame is the first in a series, descripting the work of thousands of men over a decade who have learned how to create a positive male identity in a world that not only lacks it, but punishes it. This first volume describes the tetrahedron of frame, and how to use it to calm the chaos in a suboptimal life, and drive towards something better: self actualization.

Everyman guide to life and happiness

While this book is short, it quickly gets to the point of giving you the best of accumulated so far wisdom on inter-gender dynamics and mental models most useful in a man's life. Philosophy may not be Rian's strong suit, but his advice is rock solid. Can't wait for his next book!

Very clear concise breakdown of the red pill

An excellent book to understand why frame for a man is important in a heterosexual relationship or marriage.

STONE cold truth

I caught myself doubting what he was saying and the same understanding that what’s going on with me and my girl…I’ve read a lot of books on marriage, what marriage books thought me was they fooled me. Mr Stone has done his work on what he talks about. He gives the info in a way that makes you realize what you need to change for you.

The TL:DR book version of the Red Pill

The red pill has many grifters nowadays, and it’s easy to get drawn into the “red meat” salesmen out there.

If you care about grasping the basics of understanding how the intersexual dynamics work and getting a framework to build your life on then you need to focus on three figures of this sphere:

-Rollo Tomassi. The scholar, the figure of the dojo master imparting the detailed materials and letting you work with it.
-Rich Cooper. The businessman. Picture the successful uncle, the one running a business that you know he doesn’t take any BS from anyone.
-Aaron Clarey. The accountant. He’s the numbers expert. The cousin that’ll tell you how there’s no hope, but really there is if you stop caring about the world burning around you.
-Rian Stone. The buddy type. He’s the one that will talk to you on your level, over a beer and share the truth of your situation so you can decide whether you want to fix it or not.

This book is a great start into the never-ending journey your life is.
Take it as a step stone to start the foundation of new mental models and start working on yourself.

Rian won’t fix your life, but he’ll let you know how to start. The rest is up to you.

Use this book as a way to grasp the fundamentals, and then you can choose to go up the ladder with some of the recommended figures above or the suggested sidebar at the Redpill or MarriedRedpill subreddits.

The fun is in the journey itself, never stop walking!

What is best in life.

Organize your life, every step is mentioned in this book. No need to watch overrated drama videos on YouTube. Just do your thing! No Bugattis here. Just Play Minecraft, subjugate the villagers and hear their lamentations like a T-rex would.

Material sometimes forgotten…

Upon first thought, you might be thinking “I know all this stuff!”, but do you? I found the book to extremely valuable in articulating concepts I knew, but had trouble defining. Be patient and listen completely. You’ll be glad you did.

Another great book

I plan to listen again , it’s sad that this information today is so hard to come by. Somewhere in my gut i kinda knew the importance of frame but could never put the puzzle together. I believe that largely cause men don’t talk in today’s society.
