Another good one!!
I’ve been reading Dick Francis books for many years and now enjoy them again on audio. This was one of the really good ones. I hate animal cruelty in stories, which you will find associated with the bad guys, but I get the idea and just fast forward. This reader was very good. I am happy to recommend this novel.

Gripping Again
Another gripping descriptive tale by Francis. Some parts a bit violent for me but I have a very low threshold and it all served to move the story along. Overall enjoyed very much!

One of my favorite Dick Francis books!
I only wish he had written more books with this likeable character. You don’t have to be a horse racing fan to enjoy the plot and it moves at a good pace. The Australia addition to the story is nice. I like how Francis always added elements from his own personal experience and travels to his books
