I didn't plan on him...or for him. I didn't plan on anything that had to do with Cal Donovan from Boston. Meeting him was a complete and utter surprise, taking me completely off guard. I met new people every single day in my line of work, and none of them affected me. Isn't that just the way of things? You could meet a thousand people, and they'd all mean nothing to you, but then you'd meet that one and they suddenly meant everything.

Great story
I would say this story was predictable but that wouldn't be true. I knew the ending would occur as it did, but there were surprises in the storyline. The connection to her ancestprs, the abduction and the other issues were shocking. I knew they would experience grief due to her history but it was still hard to learn about. The narrator did an excellent job with all Chara terms. it was hard to realize it was the same person sometimes.

Flawlessly written.
This book was great from the start to the ending. it picked off right where the other one ended and had an awesome story. it didn't have heart break or gross things happening, but it had just enough suspense and ended with a perfect HEA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this series of books. I can't wait to read the 3rd book with Knoah's 2 friends and see their relationship blossom.
