Publisher's summary

Thayne Wolfe and Jarrett Evans are a happily married gay couple living their American dream. Their new house, two rambunctious ferrets, and a job they love, make them feel complete. As they walk into work at the ATF the week before Christmas, they’re greeted by friends from the FBI. The idea of a joint case sounds good, but when they learn the whole group is being sent out of town, Thayne and Jarrett’s Christmas plans with family is put on ice.

There’s been a suspicious avalanche on Mount Shasta, an extinct volcano in northern California. When Jarrett learns that one of two people with any expertise in ATF explosive avalanche training happens to be none other than his husband, he hopes they’re in for a week of frigid fun.

Tapped for the job as avalanche expert based on training he received over 10 years before, Thayne isn’t so thrilled. When he learns that his cheating ex-boyfriend will be joining their team, he predicts nothing but trouble.

Jarrett isn’t looking forward to making a case for a bomber when they can’t even find evidence of a bomb. There are a few things that bother him…a dead park ranger, Thayne’s handsy ex, and couple of runaway reindeers. He’s prepared though.... Jarrett’s always prepared. Armed with snow gear, guns, and lederhosen, the pair are about to face a case as illusive and blinding as a snowstorm.

Laughed and cried out loud

I listen to all 10 audiobooks in this series. Each one better than the last. The love stories friendships the funniest antics that had me crying at times. I’m going to have to listen to this one again .

Thayne and Jarrett

Wow, amazing story, brilliant narration. My heart was in my throat waiting to see who was hurt and would end up at a hospital, as neither of these boys can go long without danger. I loved how Thayne's past came back to haunt him. Couldn't give it enough stars

Jarrett and Thayne are back!!!

I was SO happy when Patricia came out with Jarrett and Thayne book. I love these two, they've gone through so much and there's just so much love between this couple on top of their adventure, their shenanigans, car explosions and wild ride together. Jarrett and Thayne have always been my favorite and their stories have always been something I keep rereading. This time, they're on another assignment. I find the plot fascinating and I can only imagine the amount of research Patricia does with all the details the story needs. I love all of it.

There can only be Michael Dean voicing as Jarrett and Thayne. He's the main reason I was so hooked with this series, he adds a different layer to this series.

Now, I'm just going to stand by and wait for more Jarrett and Thayne stories. ^_^ All the stars for this book!
