When Alice Love surfaces from a beautiful dream to find she's been injured in a gym, she knows that something is very wrong – she hates exercise. Alice's first concern is her baby – she's pregnant with her first child, and she's desperate to see her husband, Nick, whom she knows will be worried about her. But Alice isn't pregnant. And Nick isn't worried. Alice is the mother of three children and her hostile husband is in the process of divorcing her. Alice has lost ten years of her life.
In the days that follow, small bubbles of the past rise to the surface, and Alice is forced to confront uncomfortable truths. It turns out forgetting might be the most memorable thing that's ever happened to her.

I am a total audiobook addict! I travel quite a bit for work and listen to them while I drive. Always searching for a good author to follow
Yes I probably will listen to it again
I loved the concept of the book. It was so well written and believable.
I liked all of them but my favourite was Franny
Imagine skipping 10 years of your life
I'm just new to listening to Liane Moriarty and I lust love her stories! This is my second book of hers, I listened to My Husbands Secret and loved that's. This one I enjoyed more and didn't want it to end.
Yes, the Australian narrator nailed the funny moments and accentuated the personalities of the main characters
None so far. It was very different and a real opener to how we can change in 10 years, why and how everyone has a different perspective on things
I loved Elizabeth and her "homework" to her Doctor
WhenAlices senses were overloaded in the hospital by frangrance. Sense of smell is very emotive and it captures this perfectly
I could hardly stop listening. The story seems very true to reality. I love the way the author interprets her characters, so honest and sometimes very funny. And of course I love Caroline Lee as a reader. It's so easy to listen to her. She is a very talented lady.
Really enjoyed this book. It was engaging, the characters were well described and realistic. In book form I would have found it hard to put down.
"It's an old idea but works well"
Character suffers bang on head and forgets what time they live in. This is an old idea but What Alice Forgot is a very good example. Loved the interaction between Alice and her sister in particularly. The story will probably make any mother who listens think hard between their pre baby and post child selves, it certainly did for me. If only we could go back and tell our childless selves what parenthood really means!!!
"A must listen"
The narrator Caroline Lee makes this book. She bring all the characters to life. The story is really easy to listen to and very funny in parts.
The story is really easy to listen to and entertaining.
"Thought provoking, difficult to put down"
Makes you think!
How useful it is for us to take a step back and look at our own life's with innocent eyes
I really enjoy listening to Caroline Lee. I liked Frannie best
If I could have done. I would have.
A really excellent book. I want another to listen to now!!
yes, This was a good listen, well written and well read book. I wanted to know what happened to Alice and her family. The way the book is written really created a picture of certain events in the characters lives. I found myself just wanting to listen and Listen, Igot through this book very quickly.
Great story draws you in from several different perspectives, easy to listen too like one of those books you never want to put down.
All of it
Easy to listen too
I have now listened to two books by this author and have enjoyed both. The narrator, Caroline Lee, is very good particularly when reading the children's parts. It is a story about a family and a marriage set in Sydney, Australia which makes a change from the usual USA or UK. The story is satisfying with a good beginning, middle and end. What more can you ask for unless you are wanting something highbrow to listen to?
Funny, interesting, gripping
Really loved the new Alice and her sister, both great central characters.
I am really picky about the narrators I listen to. I loved Caroline Lee and would listen to others based on her alone.
Yes! But it was a bit long,I had to break it up over a week or so.
Great book - really enjoyed it
Loved the ending
enjoyed the way it was read
Made me think how my life had changed in the last ten years!
"Really good listen"
Really good listen listened to it every spare minute
The story line was very clever and made me reflect on decisions and reactions I have made as it gave you real food for thought about the way your life can change quite dramatically without you really being aware
"Memory lost book - but such a good read -"
The narrator Caroline Lee is excellent she just makes each character come to life especially the three children. I just loved this book mainly funny -slightly serious in places. Such suspense awaiting the ending.
