The ending makes the book, ties together.
What did you love best about The Husband's Secret?
I loved how everything tied together at the end quarter of the book. I loved how all of characters were realistic also, I could empathize with almost all of them!
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I was very happy with how the book ended. I liked the book the whole way through but I was concerned about how the stories were going to tie together and how the book would end but I was very happy with the conclusion and still surprised at how it ended.

Surprisingly Good
The story started out slow and it took me 3 days of listening to it for only 20-40 minutes each time to actually get into the story. Once I did I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it and that it kept my interest. I enjoy reading and listening to books. This is one that audio was definitely the best way to go since it was slow at the beginning.

I loved this book and reader's performance
The author crafted a fantastic story and interleaved the different strings beautifully. Her attention to the details of her characters is amazing. The reader did a great job of making you hear each character.

meh..
struggled to finish it. story was okay... kind of predicted a lot of things a few chapters in advance. I was very lost up until the 8th or 9th chapter, so many characters and I felt the narrator didn't do a good enough job to differentiate between the characters by changing her tone of voice.

First audio book!
I really wish I would have discovered audio books years ago. I loved having someone read to me while I was driving, getting ready for work and falling asleep. This story was really good too. I can't help but wonder if I actually would have finished it if I were reading it myself, though? I probably would have. And all I know is that I now want some hot cross buns since they were mentioned 437 times near the end of the book. lol.
