Absorbing
I enjoyed the narrator. The story was long, told from several distinct narrative points of view spanning several generations of a family. Full of mysteries and secrets. The changing points of view are well paced. I'm looking forward to re-listening sometime soon.

Awesome
This is my first novel by Ms. Morton and lives it. It was hard to stop this audio book. The story was very well read bad the story was also very enthralling. will be reading morbid her books. .

Was interesting.
I've read many Kate Morton's books. I'm a huge fan. This book was really hard to follow. I am almost curious to start it over and listen to it again. There were many times I'd have to stop and listen to the book again. I almost gave up. It wasn't like that at all with her other books. It was beautiful in its own way though. I liked the way the book of fairy tails was laced all throughout.

Enchanting and intriging-couldn't wait to get back
Love this one too. Twists and turns, but enchanting in its development. Couldn't wait to get back in the car to hear more. Sat in the driveway--couldn't turn it off on many occasions. Quite long.

Beautiful- an unexpected delight.
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, I bought this on a whim... and loved every minute of the mysterious journey.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Eliza was by far my favorite character in the tale. Without giving too much away (because this books has lots of twists and turns) I relate to her on her loyalty to a fault. Every character in this story is developed and explored, it is rich on the depth each story is given.
What about Caroline Lee’s performance did you like?
I loved her performance. I was taken into this other world- and captured there. It was easy to follow where in time I was and with which character I was following.
If you could rename The Forgotten Garden, what would you call it?

Do not pass by this story, it is gorgeous- even the children stories within the story are worth reading over and over.

I love this story! It was long but such a great story. It kept my attention the whole way. I was always wanting to find out more. It had great narration. I would recommend this book gladly.
