The third part in The Blackstone Affair series: A love on the brink of being destroyed. The fight of a lifetime to keep it alive.
Big surprises are on the horizon for Ethan and Brynne as they struggle to adjust to what life has thrown at them. Demons from the past are threatening to destroy the passionate bond they’ve forged despite their vow that nothing will ever keep them apart. A truly devastating loss coupled with the promise of a new hope opens their eyes to what is most important, but is it possible for the lovers to move on from the painful histories that continue to haunt them? A stalker is still lurking in the shadows, plotting evil amidst the distraction of the 2012 Olympic games in London. Brynne and Ethan are on the cusp of losing everything as the stakes rise. Will they yield to circumstances beyond their control or will they give every ounce of fight they have left to save each other and win the ultimate prize of a life together?
Eyes Wide Open is a passion-wrought story that shows us what pure love can achieve when tested and what the heart can accomplish despite danger and adversity.

I enjoyed the whole series. But then I love Shane East's voice, too. Overall the book was good. Big twist. The UK "Shades of Grey" would have been a good title, but the female lead has more depth than that of Shades.
The sex is far more graphic and doesn't really add to the story.
Romance is my favorite and a little paranormal romance makes me happy too. (or a lot ;)
I started reading this series first then added the audio version. The audio really brought this series to life for me. I was totally sucked in.
I can not pick one character that is my favorite, they all are a part of this love story.
"Make me real, only you can do that baby, only you"
There are several moving pieces to this love puzzle but in the end it is the glue that moved me.
So many books so little time - but Audible gives me the gift of multitasking - I can get those simple tasks done AND be up on great reads.
Bryn's low self confidence is realistic, not over the top & I even appreciate that the character knows when she may be dramatic.
YES! I LOVE that Shane East reads from Blackstone's first person chapters and Grace Grant the female's. Both are convincing as the characters. This is well produced!
No. That isn't how I read. I like to sit back after an hour & think about what I read... make it last (kinda like the sex scenes - which are MOST awesome).
I appreciate Raine Miller's male protagonist: Again, not over the top - he works at an office long days, yet not crazy rich. Although I am not a man - Raine has the alpha male in the thick of passion written well.
I enjoyed the third book in the series. After reading the first two I expected the third to be just ok but I was surprised. The story was engaging and kept me on the edge of y seat.
I've listened to this book twice just to be sure I loved it as much as I thought I did the first time. I DO! The narration is probably the biggest reason, but I enjoyed the story too. Shane East just did it for me. Checking out Raine Miller's website shows that there will be a book 4. Yay!!! I hope it's also made into an audiobook WITH THE SAME NARRATORS PLEASE! I can't wait to find out how the entire story plays out. This series will definitely remain one of my favorites and I highly recommend it.
Yes - This is a fantastic series full of heat, passion, desperation, and is all tied up in a happy ending.
I like Ethan - He has been my favorite part of all these stories so far. He is so bloody British and alpha and sex on a stick!
I have heard both of these narrators perform before. This was just as great as the others. Grace can become each of the characters without her performance sounding forced. Shane's voice is sexy, and where I NEVER love a male doing a female voice, his wasn't terrible and did not take away from the performance.
The moment at the restaurant with her friends Benny & Gaby when Brynne answered her mothers call and Benny ends up on his phone with Ethan. That was a tough moment.
Read the series - just read it!
Yes! All because of Shane East!
Probably to Sylvia Day's Crossfire series. I like both but this is my fav!
Listened to some others by Grace Grant and she's really great as usual but Shane East makes the Ethan character shine!
Nurse, mom, loved to read....but now I love to listen. When I retire I hope to hear waves crashing in 1 ear and audible in the other!
Grace Grant, I love the way she tells a story.
It was a nice conclusion to the story although I think there is still more to tell...ethan's history was never discussed
I love Grace Grant and I liked Shane East's narration except for his Brynn.
Ethan at Brynn's dad's pool...so sweet.
Lovely trilogy...I hated that it ended.
I got totally hooked that I listened to the whole series in 3 day, probably would have listened in a day if I didn't have work.
Shane East as Ethan Blackstone was incredible, oh my I completely fell in love. I will listen to this audiobook over and over. The books are so beautifully written, the story is fast paced and some hot sex scenes. Loved it.
