They call him Masque. I call him God - the man I want to consume me, own me, break me and corrupt me. Yet, I've never seen his face. His body ripples like an Adonis, sculpted in steel and dripping in sin. His flesh is inked with the mark of the chimera - one body, two very different halves. He plays hard. He plays rough. He has no limits. He's so f--king dirty, bad, and wrong. But I love him for it.
Lydia Marsh is always the strong one. The girl who never breaks and sure as hell never cries. She's got it all - the perfect little life in cozy suburbia with her perfectly nice boyfriend and their perfectly sufficient sex life. She's even got her perfect little career plan all wrapped up at Trial Run Software Group. But when it all falls apart, and Lydia's pretty, green eyes are fixed on a brutally sexual stranger - the man they call Masque - she comes to suspect that being strong isn't all it's cracked up to be. For now, Lydia wants something she's never wanted before... And she wants Masque to give it to her.
Warning: this novel contains graphic sex and hardcore elements of BDSM. There are scenes of violence (consensual) as well as sexual practices some listeners may find offensive.

I would definitely recommend this book 100%. I've Gifted several copies. However, the AUDIBLE VERSION OF IT IS AWFUL. Don't take me wrong, but when there is a DUAL POV, most writers take the time to deliver the same quality we get on their books by having a male and female narrators when it comes to DUAL POV's. I couldn't even continue after a couple of chapter into the audio version of this book. Like I said, listening to a female pretending to be a male for a whole entire chapter was so WRONG AND AWFUL!!
This is my honest opinion, and I do respect those who have listened to this story and find it okay to be narrated the way it was done!! For me it was just FAKE, and I rather stick to just books when it comes to Jade West (I'm a crazy fan of her books and will always be) if she's going to continue with this kind of narration.
PRETENDING TO BE A MALE IS JUST WRONG AND AWFUL WHEN IT COMES TO A DUAL POV.
DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE TO LISTENED TO A FEMALE PRETENDING TO BE A MALE A WHOLE ENTIRE CHAPTER. IS JUST SO WRONG!!!!!!
I ADORE THIS AUTHOR, AND WILL CONTINUE READING EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HER BOOKS, EVEN THOUGH I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS AUDIO VERSION, NOTHING HAS CHANGE. I'M JUST GOING TO STAY AWAY FROM THE AUDIBLE VERSION OF HER BOOKS.
Hot sexy raed
Book 1 in Jades Dirty Bad series. They're all great
Masque I want Masque
Hot taboo sexy
Love it, can't wait for the rest of the series to come out and audio
I have read several books by Jade West, and I will probably continue to READ the books, but I doubt that I will listen if it has the same narrator. I will never understand why authors or producers (I;m not sure who actually makes the decision) elect to go with just a female narrator when a book has both male and female point of view.
I would recommend the book, but not the audio.
I did not like that the voice of the very strong dominant male lead sounded exactly the same as the female. Having read the book, I had built up Masque to be a certain way in my mind. When I got to the first chapter when it was Masque speaking, I absolutely positively did not buy that voice as a dominant male who is Dirty Bad Wrong. It was just wrong.
So, if you like a hot, inked, commanding sadist dom, a pain slut of a submissive who's just learning the ropes (pun totally intended), an edgy, angsty romance with plenty of edgetastic BDSM scenes then look no further. Dirty Bad Wrong is absolutely everything that enticing synopsis promised it would be.
