It needed a second narrator

Grace Grant did a good job narrating, however, it would have been better with a male narrator planning Bennett. The story was ok.

No one warned me! So hot!

I heard this book in one day and boy was I physically exhausted after reading it from all the sexy scenes! Advice… don’t drive or go shopping with this playing in your ear pods. It was so awkward walking around and hearing the sex scenes which were hot! I had to run and hide in order to hear it and take it all in. Enjoy!

Wow!

I finished in 4 days! I’m a mother of 4 and believe me finding any excuse to do laundry was worth it listening to this! Lol

Good easy listen

Great story ... I prefer dual narration and think that might have been better but all in all it was an easy listen!

This has a great storyline and has so many funny parts…I loved it!

There was nothing to dislike, in my opinion. This was a great all around read. I’ve recommended it to a few friends already.

HHHOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTT!

WOW! This is definitely an EROTIC book. It starts out hot and heavy and never backs down. At times I didn't get all the "Hate Sex" or why these two had to have sex in the work place (really? they weren't worried about getting caught). Despite the complaints and the light plot I still enjoyed this book. I knew what I was getting into from the start and just enjoyed the ride.

Sex, Sex, Hate sex, Sex... Plot?

I hate you. So? I hate you. Sex. I hate him. I hate her. Sex. Hate, sex, sex, hate, kinky sex, naughty sex, boardroom sex, mom's bathroom sex, you cant have her sex, hotel sex, I love you sex. The end.

So this review is a bit silly but then again so is the book. There's really no plot just a lot of hate and sex. He's hot, she's hot, he's mega rich, she's an intern, somehow they got off on the wrong foot then they just got off. No plot, no character decriptions, even less depth than FSOG if you can believe that, but then, the book its pretty hot so if you just want sex with a little bit of a situation, this is for you. Don't get me wrong, this book was fun to read, but I'm not giving it 5 stars. Harry Potter gets five stars. I'd give this book 2 stars if it didn't inspire some fun moments.

This was a really good story. I really liked both Chloe and Bennett and enjoyed seeing their adversarial relationship change into something more.

Chloe is an intern at a great firm. She's been working for the family led business for years. She's working on a huge project as part of her masters program and it has huge impact on her future career. For the last year (ish), Chloe has been working with Bennett as her boss and they clash a lot but Chloe knows how to deal with him.

Bennett comes to work for the family firm after getting some great experience (and a great business rep) working overseas. He is a tough boss and has a very intense work ethic. Bennett knows Chloe is smart and savvy but there's just something about her that rubs him the wrong way, causing him to be more of a bastard than he might be normally.

Bennett and Chloe have a constantly adversarial relationship and it's outlined quite well in the opening. Chloe is late to work due to things beyond her control and even though this is a rare occurrence, Bennett makes her life hell over it, pushing her for much more than is reasonable. One of these things is a last minute presentation at the end of the day. This presentation is pivotal because during it, Bennett touches Chloe and she reacts...and not in a negative. Chloe is majorly freaked by it, not only that Bennett would touch her but also that she didn't slap him as soon as he did it...that she actually longed for it.

The nice thing about this story is that it's a mixed PoV so we get to see inside Bennett's head as well. So it becomes evident relatively quickly that he's very attracted to Chloe and has been fighting it for pretty much the whole time they've been working together and his fighting it is what has caused his extreme attitude towards Chloe. Don't get me wrong, Bennett is still isn't a sweet guy but things with Chloe are exacerbated by the his fighting his attraction. Also, they're both in denial about the mutual attraction so when it comes to a head it's all that much more colorful. Things are rough because Chloe and Bennett first deny what they both want and then when they admit it, they both make mistakes that almost make them loss each other. Happily, Bennett and Chloe do manage to work things out and come to an understanding that allows them to have a HEA both personally and professionally. :D

This was a really enjoyable story. Chloe was a pretty good heroine and she worked for me. Bennett was a jerk at first but it didn't make me dislike him and I quickly found myself rooting for him to figure out what he wants and then get his girl. There's some angst but it's not nearly as angsty as I expected. Overall, I really liked the story and would recommend it. :D

Sexy, Funny and Hot

I thought it was a fun book to listen to, it is one of the books I will listen to again. I liked Cleo she is a very smart, hard working, responsible girl who has crazy chemistry with her boss. She thinks she does not like; but can't get enough of him. As the journey goes on the walls fall and we see they truly understand and enjoy each other.

I like the way Cleo would not compromise when she thought Ben is not giving her the respect she deserved.

Ben is truly a "beautiful bastard" but at the of the day he has a good heart and falls for Cleo.
