I would highly recommend it to friends who enjoy this type of book. The D/s is so well written.

The Jennifer Probst Millionnaire series if I had to compare but totally different in many ways. ;)

Great start to a great story

I enjoyed the story, but was unaware it was not a complete novel. I was frustrated after reaching the end only to find out there is more to come. I just about fed up with series and trilogies.

If i would have listen to everyone else i wouldn't have bought it but, a lady in my book club suggested it for her read and i must say i wasn't mad at all i finished it in one sitting because it kept on you on the edge of your seat wanting to know the next thing. With saying that give it a try you might just like it. To me this 50 shades if Mr.Gray was a sniper. Lol I must say i cant wait until the next one come out. Fair warning its a cliff hanger so don't judge the book by that.

I liked the book

This started out to be another tired, worn out plot of the Billionaire kinky guy seducing the unlikely out of his league woman, where he will teach her his kink world but then falls in love with her and she becomes more than "property" to him... yawn yawn. However, this book has that underlying premise but then gets a little more creative and thickens the plot a bit more, in a somewhat "Hollywood" fashion. If you like the billionaire type books I describe above, and what a little more action and deeper plot lines, than you will enjoy this book.

Good premise - poor execution

No really. The premise is great - who doesn't want to be overtaken by a hot studly dom in an elevator on the way to work one day? But that's where it stops.. the main female character is whiny. Seriously whiny. And there's no depth... They're in the elevator, they're in the garage - then they're on the way to Paris.. say what? You get no sense of him at all - other than occasional glimpses.. and those aren't enough to endear him to anyone. So, no - don't think I'd recommend it..

Would you be willing to try another book from Sarah Fawkes? Why or why not?

Sure - I would like to find out what happens after they take off and "make him chase them".. but more for the closure than anything else..

How could the performance have been better?

This woman's performance was poor. I'm sorry - but I couldn't stand her voice - or her whiny-ness... it really grated on my nerves.

Do you think Anything He Wants needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Absolutely does -- what happened when they took off? Does Jeremiah EVER come out of whatever funk he's in and TELL her how he feels? DOES he feel? and does she actually fall for the brother?

No - the narrator is terrible. I had a hard time staying awake while listening.

Monotone, lazy voice - hard to stay engaged in the story.

Two Different Genres???

Not really. The story goes in a completely different direction than how it begins. It is almost like the author wanted to add a semi-weak storyline to an erotic-based book.

What aspect of Clarissa Knightly’s performance would you have changed?

She isn't the right voice for the lead female character. She sounds way too old. She did a good job with the male voices however.

Was Anything He Wants worth the listening time?

Not really; however, Lucas' character does show some potential.

Weak as it may have been, I found myself listening more attentively to the actual storyline than the sex scenes. It was almost like the author suddenly remembered that she has to throw in some erotic scenes to keep listeners actually listening.
