Principalmente, conceptos filosóficos budistas
El título “En mis propias palabras” parecía sugerir una narrativa asequible, una forma más sencilla de entender el budismo. Lamentablemente no es así. El libro es muy adecuado si estás listo para enfrentarte a un texto filosófico (en su gran mayoría), pero decepciona si esperabas algo más sencillo de seguir. Hay capítulos completos en los que es sumamente fácil perderse y requiere un nivel de concentración constante considerable. A pesar de ello, ha sido bastante interesante.
