Inspiring

The author has accomplished so much and gives hope that it is possible to overcome fear or at least do what you need to do anyway.

Disempowering at best

i bought this audiobook because i thought id learn how the author taught his clients how to overcome their fears. Instead from beginning to emd was about his family amd relationship with his father and eventual demise. This is NOT why buyers buy this book to hear sad stories- they buy to learn.
