Publisher's summary
Fact: 80 percent of people who have lost weight have actually gained the pounds back. The peak seasons being the holidays. When food and festivities are a few steps away, losing weight proves to be a huge struggle. What is even more alarming is that nothing seems to happen despite all the tried-and-tested tricks you’ve read in health and fitness magazines; the sweat-inducing exercises your friend introduced you to; and the various, and sometimes contradicting, diets you’ve heard of.
But science never ceases from amazing people. Even in the mid-90s, hypnosis was found to be an effective and well-kept secret of persons who lost weight fast. Such information is not a secret anymore. With this weight loss hypnosis audiobook, you’ll learn how to trick your mind into thinking you can, and have, lost weight already. The mind is so powerful that it can turn your imagination to reality.
This audiobook also subliminally encourages you to stop overeating, thus giving you more control over your body and hunger pangs.
By emphasizing the positive, you can learn to love your body and stay in shape. Instead of automatically responding to your food cravings, your mind will send signals to your body, so it stops looking for food when you don’t need it.
The purpose of affirmations is to help you visualize and actualize the shedding of your pounds. The positive statements in this book will boost your efforts in reducing your weight. The law of attraction certainly proves its power in this equally compelling audiobook.

The guests range from super celebs (Jamie Foxx, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc.) and athletes (icons of powerlifting, gymnastics, surfing, etc.) to legendary Special Operations commanders and black-market biochemists. For most of my guests, it’s the first time they’ve agreed to a two-to-three-hour interview.

What a wonderful, simple...
This book is so much more than weight loss, nutrition and exercise. This book is about change and what you need to hear and do to make those changes. It's about your mind, your habits, your routine and changing those thoughts and habits for success in your life and your health. This is a book to be read over and over again.

Works great, worth every penny.
I've been using the easy weight loss recording for many days now and have lost almost 7 lbs now. The audio is clear, the music is pleasant to listen to, and the technique used is very good. I've used other hypnosis recordings in the past, and haven’t stuck with any of them until this one. I noticed changes in the amounts I ate and the speed I ate them at within just a few days of listening to them. I highly recommend this app and the weight loss recording – permanent changes are always better than any fad diet. Many of my friends have asked how I've been losing weight and I've steered them to this recording. Nothing is a magic solution, but this makes the hard work seem easy.
