Lame hesitant mc

This one has been the worst of all the books so far. It’s one thing for the villain to win at times to further the story but when you do that by making the mc and complete idiot and tool. Some of the other reviewers were spot on with this one. Death in this book is also an absolute joke in this series people get slaughtered all the time just for most people to have a heal they can spam with infinite mana pools you can’t take any combat seriously. This is a flawed series.

Great story

This was entertaining and enjoyable. You are bought in to really care about the family in the story.

meh..

male narrator makes the MC sound like a tool! the MC is also boarder line retarded. asking stupid questions at impromptu times such as in the middle of a life or death fight. please stop writing MC's that are snowflake sensitive and then try to make them seem in charge when it's convenient, seriously one dimensional. REAL men are more complex, more decisive and now when to take charge. also can be sensitive with their loved ones but it's in private and when it is called for. this MC grew up in the country which would dictate that he's more mature and confident in himself. I don't see this MC attracting one woman much less 5.

I love this trilogy!

Just found out that the authors are going to be doing a 2nd trilogy, books 4 through 6.
Now I'm really looking forward to that.
This book and series is great.
Lots of great action both above and under the covers. And apparently more dungeon diving to come.
If you like a hero trying to follow in his father's footsteps and make the villain pay story with some great harem fun, this series is for you.
I'm giving this book 8.5 out of 5 stars.

Not worth the time

This 3rd book went down in everything. Except narration, the writing got weak. This book has a plot like most cheap horror films ———- “ you all stay here with the light and gun I will go alone down in the basement, oh I will turn off the vehicle and take the keys with me”

The cringe was almost unbearable

I was mildly entertained by this until about halfway through. Then came the cringe, and it didn’t stop, it just kept going and going. I had to stop listening 3 times because I was cringing so hard.

also not making sense

also something that doesnt follow in book 2 when he gets his dungeon gem in the beginning they say the only way a dungeon gem can work for someone else is if the original owner of the dungeon gem is killed..so even though rico takes the gem half way thru the book he shouldnt get any help from it cause jeremy is still alive...correct??

I really hope this is not the end of this series. but if it is I enjoyed it thoroughly. the voice actors are wonderful and bring the story to life.

Idiotic plot

I couldn’t finish. The plot made zero sense. Their best hope is getting help from a weaker, injured person who hasn’t been in combat in decades?? Not only that, but the injuries, weaker, old person is beating them? No sense, and that’s not even mentioning the sub-plots….
