Grow up
I liked the format of 2 people talking to each other to go through the Adlerian concepts, it made them easily accessible. Also the narrator’s summaries where helpful to remind you of what was discussed.
I recommend this book to anybody, really because to me it tackles the fundamental question how to live the life I truly want to live.
