This wasn't very informative. It was very short. I'm disappointed that there wasn't more detail given on the diet.

Beginners call to pay attention to diet when afflicted by diverticulitis.

there was very little real information in this "book" Narrators cadence made it difficult to follow. zero stars.

Use your money and time on a better resource!

I have had this condition for many years, and purchased this book as a supplemental dietary resource . Honestly, After listening to this "make a quick buck book giving very little information", I feel compelled to write one that can really assist those suffering from this condition by giving real tips and recipes that have helped me keep my condition at bay. In my opinion, and I mean this subjectively- not negatively, this "audio-book" definitely is not worth the money, time, or energy if you are looking for real help. It doesn't give any "tips, tricks, etc".. that can really assist someone who is seriously trying to manage and heal their condition through a specific diet. Please do more research and try another viable source.

Awful. Not even sure how you can call this a book. More like a really useless article.
