is good ya

Story started off a tad hard to follow in the first few chapters due to the constant need to introduce new characters, but by chapter 6 or 7, it really takes off. Once you are introduced to the characters and get a feel for the worlds happenings, it becomes quite an amazing and descriptive history of the Diablo universe.

Great story just Give It Time

This being the first book, it is admittedly slow, but having read these years ago, you will be treated to the real Diablo lore. Once guises are dropped and the real players make themselves known, it becomes one heck of a trilogy full of magic, power, lore, and gore. Knaak knows how to make a good story.

First diablo book

I always heard of diablo games but never got into them. Saw the book, gave it a try, and i feel like it did a good job introducing me to the saga. Cant wait for the next book!

Great backstory to Diablo.

I read and absolutely loved this book when it first released and eagerly awaited the sequels as I do now! It took a little to get use to the narrator but as he got comfortable it got better. I highly recommend to any fan of previous Diablo books and games.

Fun!

Long time Diablo fan, finally getting around to checking out the books. I have no complaints, was pretty fun to listen to while grinding greater rifts.

Diablo the Simp War

the story is great, the narration is on point but for tbe character dialogue done by the narrator, woof it isnt great, the character traits stay the same except for the main character who seems like a down too earth guy who is easily at will too change his mind over a woman; granted she could but still, found it hard too believe someone so headstrong was easily swayed.

Overall a fun book

I just wish the author would just use peoples names more instead of saying the son of whoever or the brother of whoever or companion. The narrator also seems to have a problem expressing shouting . Like he ends up making a weird batman voice whisper shout as if he is trying to not wake someone up lol
