I forgot about all my worries during the journey and after it. Immediately after I finished it, I felt the urge to go for a run, to sing up at the nearest gym and change my diet. The next day at work I was very happy and excited with what I was doing, although the day before the situation was very different. I started to fall asleep peacefully. I feel that thoughts and problems from work or in my personal life cannot affect me. I think I released a large amount of negative energy and also have absorbed a large amount of pure energy.
