best for beginner.

I am well down the road to minimizing so The Minimalist Home just didn't fit where I am now. A beginner might like it though. If you are farther along the process, I would read The More of Less instead.

Great reminder.

This book is a nice little handbook for learning how to simplify your life and live more “in-the-moment.” It provides tools and techniques for attaining more peace, comfort, and clarity by eliminating things in life that lead to negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Everyone should be read this book.

Everyone has dreams to accomplish and thus emotion pile up as the age advances. The anxiety, emtional highs, stresses can cause negative effects on your body.
