A winner for sure!

This audible book captured me by the end of the first chapter. The readers didn't just read they delivered the characters and gave them life. So often it's hard to find a good read or audible that is clean and laced with a message of love and hope. To me it ranks with Before We Were Yours and almost a Where the Crawdads Sing, (although I have only read not listened to Where the Crawdads Sing) Congratulations Lisa Wingate on another Winner!

I will be passing this title on to my reading friends. I enjoyed the relationships and the adventures of this story. Many lessons to ponder and learn. Performance was commendable.

Narration

The only issue is that the voices for the two main characters changed depending on whose story it was being voiced

Beautifully written

I chose to listen to this book because I have recently discovered my own family secrets from the past. The character’s thoughts mirrored my own and the healing I was hopping to glean was given in the simple message of God’s timing. I thoroughly enjoyed J. Norm and Epiphany. I will miss them.

Loved this story...and loved having two narrators tell the story on audible! Highly recommend!

Excellent

Excellent story, excellent readers and performance. I listened to this story in one setting. Each character was so richly developed. I was sucked into the story line from the first paragraph.
Should be made into a movie!
