It’s getting old
Same ‘ole story, different day. I love Tony Marturano’s writing, but this self-destructiveness of the main character continues on… and on… and on. Good lord, Battista! Get your head out of your butt. There’s an interesting but predictable twist in this book. I saw it coming, which made me want to finish it.
Make sure you read Psychosis and Haunted (my favorite of this series) first. You’ll probably have similar sentiments to mine about this one. Worth the read to continue the series, but I expected more.

WOW
I've never, I mean never been so sad to end a series than I am right now. The 3 stories, concluding with this one, have been an amazing journey with Marco and others. I love this author and am devouring everything I can find that he has written. I couldn't stop listening, literally on the edge of my bed, office chair, or couch. The performance of the narrators was top notch. I wish this author could write as fast as I can listen/read.

Love the series!
I love the characters in these books. It just makes you want to keep following Marco and buddy and the”boys” and the “lads”!
Marco gets into so much madness. I love the spookiness and the jump scared.
The narrators are amazing as they fit right into the characters and give them life. My kind of book!!

You won’t be disappointed! Promise
I could really kick myself for not leaving this review earlier, so I could give a more exact detailed review. Unfortunately life happens sometimes and I get behind. Sorry. But I promise if you are looking for a great haunted house series, then this is it. If you like other authors such as Ambrose Ibsen and lee mountford ghost stories then you will love Tony Marturano’s Haunted series. You don’t necessarily need to start with the first in the series, as this is still based around the same main character but in this one he moves to new home and new haunting. So I don’t think you would be too lost if you read out of order. Also the narrator who does this series was perfect match for the story in my opinion and really draws you into his character and the story around him. Or should I say both narrators, she also did fantastic job. And if you like it definitely check out his other stories as well. I’ve personally really enjoyed all his books I’ve read so far.

Exhausting.
I should've tapped out 3 hours in. I liked the book before this one and wanted to see where the story went. I regret not just ending it early. If your idea of a good book is a series of nonstop jump scares, then this is for you. There is literally no story space between Marco's unending neurosis. This was hours of his quavering voice and seeing things. So glad it's over. Deleting from library.
