Genius, Helpful, Practical.
it is a very valuable tool presented here. Creative visualization technique really inspired me in conjunction with other techniques, (such as meditation, mindfulness, and positive affirmations), to shift the perspective of how I see myself and my life. It is a way to boost confidence withing individuals who are at a stage of desiring that level of self expansion.
