Go from Alpha to Omni

This book is about several very key aspects of business that are integral to construction. Most construction leaders are not alpha in all of these aspects and this book helps identify, strategize, document and implement. To be sure reading this won't make you a heavy hitter but it may help you be one some day

Informative and Inspiring

I have owned and operated Coastal Painting Design for several years and have recently been listening to Construction Genius by Eric Anderton as it’s helped bring my construction problem solving skills, focus, goals and confidence levels back up. Highly recommend it.

Years of knowledge packed in one book

I’ve been listening to Eric’s podcast for years now. He packs his show with awesome guests, strategy tips and all around great content you can apply that day. As an avid listener, I can tell you this book combines all the gold nuggets from the shows into one review space making it a great first step in education for an aspiring construction leader or a great yearly reminder for an existing executive. This book nails the foundational principles to becoming successful in this industry. Great job Eric!!
