First book from this author. Loved the details and this love story. Toward the middle started to get a little slow just when I was about to lose interest the pace picked back up. Looking for a short and fun read highly recommend. Listened to this on audiobook and the narration was perfection.

I really enjoyed this book much more than I thought I was going to. I had heart and humor without going over the top with the angst ( a real pet peeve of mine) but besides the story being really good the narrator was absolutely brilliant. I am on to the next book and will also keep my eyes open for more by this author and this narrator!!

6 hour too long (mundane), R-rated Hallmark movie
It's was ok. But wow does it drag. Too much minutiae. Some parts make me laugh but mostly it was too cheesy & often boring. The writing was average. There was little originality, too much repetition of the same phrases, confused timeline and often dull. Sadly, even the HEA epilog was boring. The bones of the plot was good but much more interesting if written as a short novella.
The narrator was good buuuttt she blured the internal dialog and verbal dialog too much. I was never sure what was actually said out loud.
