Publisher's summary

Struggling to pay attention? Mind wandering all over the place?

If so, you are at the right place!

This book has quickly become the gold standard for improving focus, attention, and concentration.

It goes beyond traditional books and advice of “remove distractions” or "pomodoro technique" by offering unprecedented insight into how your mind and body create concentration, and more importantly, how and why they take it away.

This is key so you can develop the parts of your mind and body responsible for concentration and reduce the effects of the parts that get in the way.

When you have a handle on these two parts, concentration and life become a breeze.

Imagine what your life will be like to finally listen in class, ace that exam, finish that project, earn your degree, write that novel, get a promotion, gain respect, develop relationships, connect with friends, engage with family, be present, and enjoy moments fully.

This book can develop your skills to do that and more!

Don’t procrastinate on such powerful, life changing advice.

Begin your journey of stronger focus, attention, and concentration today.

As someone that tries to grind on their business for a set amount of hours a day, saying that its an easy accomplishment would be a huge mistruth. And we all know the dangers of overworking and making impossible schedules for ourselves.

Whether its writing, mundane tasks, or even just staying attentive during tedious meetings, this audio has so much useful knowledge to help you.

Knight delivers powerful techniques, mindsets, and strategies, all expertly delivered by strong narration from Andrew Rowe.

ON POINT!!!

Among the most insightful and remarkable books I've ever seen—and I've read a lot of books, especially on this topic—is this one. Few reach your brain as deeply as this one does. It's the kind of knowledge that comes from experience rather than research and experimentation, and Kam Knight's extensive global experience is evident in this book, which makes it an incredible read.
I've read a ton of these kinds of books, and by the time they're done, I know how beneficial and vital concentration and focus are, but they don't offer any meaningful tools for honing these skills. I'll find out what qualities and skills you need to improve your focus, but not how to really get them. This book's gives you everything . utterly fantastic

Get in the zone

I've heard people talk about being in the flow state, or in the zone - being able to focus so much that you do not notice the passage of time. I thought that that's something you can't help; it happens to your by chance, but I was wrong. I love how this author has broken concentration into different aspects so that as you deal with each one of them, you increase your chances of being in the zone. Here, you learn things like impulse control, pushing the limits, how to work with your feelings, visualization and so forth. The book also helps you to figure out what things distract you and to get them out of your way. It is a true resource.

Extremely effective and enlightening

The principles were straightforward and effective. What I really appreciated were the exercises included in each chapter. They were critical to making this book effective, and I have a set of exercises that I liked the best from the book that I look to continue to practice from now on. I am hopeful that through consistently implementing what I have learned in this book I will be able to master my concentration and not get distracted so easily.

One thing that really stood out to me was the author's commentary on just doing "one more." Reading one more page, one more paragraph, etc. can really help train concentration, and it will be a technique that I start to incorporate into my daily practices. I know that with time and effort, this will become a habit that I do regularly.

I appreciated the author's insights on giving space to unwanted thoughts. Instead of just trying to repress them, the author suggests giving space to these thoughts to help quiet them. I am looking forward to using this approach in some of my meditation routines when I have unwanted thoughts come up.

The narrator was not only easy to listen to, but did a fantastic job at producing this audiobook.

Overall, I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone looking to improve their concentration skills.

Helps to form new habits

I like the practicality. Some info seems standard but the author included exercises, tips, and tricks to battle our distractions. Kicking the old habit and making a new one. I liked the chapters on impulse, goals setting, and then the motivation to push further. Nicely done audio!

Concentrate your way to the top

Kam Knight has written a great book that gives you the steps it takes to overcome all the distractions in todays short attention span world. The narration by Andrew Rowe is great.

We listen to books as a family and are constantly looking for topics we think can make us all improve our day to day lives. This book hits on something that is so important in todays world of never ending distraction. Whether its the phone, Netfilx, video games or just regular day to day tasks we are all being bombarded with distractions. The people who can block out those distractions will be the ones who succeed going forward. Focus and attention were always big parts of success in the past but I believe in today's society they are the single most important things holding people back.

This book shows you ways to remove the distractions by showing you how your mind and body can work in unison to block those things out.

This is really an excellent book and we highly recommend it.

I searched the Internet for months looking for answers to my own internal distractions and improve my personal performance. I found it here. This book has a great combination of revealing what my distractions are as well as helpful and effective tasks to remove them. I’m also encouraged by the value of the subsequent concentration that comes from doing the tasks.
