Story
These days, no one in America feels immune to violence. But now, in this extraordinary, groundbreaking book, the nation's leading expert on predicting violent behavior unlocks the puzzle of human violence and shows that, like every creature on earth, we have within us the ability to predict the harm others might do us and get out of its way. Contrary to popular myth, human violence almost always has a discernible motive and is preceded by clear warning signs.

Story
Our gut is almost as important to us as our brain, yet we know very little about how it works. Gut: The Inside Story is an entertaining, informative tour of the digestive system from the moment we raise a tasty morsel to our lips until the moment our body surrenders the remnants to the toilet bowl. No topic is too lowly for the author's wonder and admiration, from the careful choreography of breaking wind to the precise internal communication required for a cleansing vomit.

So much information here
This audiobook got me pumped up. Now, I really feel like I know exactly what to do to get in shape and how to do it. There is so much here. It's actually two books, in one. I strongly recommend this book if you want to get shredded, or even if you just want to make modest improvements. Great listen!

If you go to gym you need this book
This is a great book. In this book, you will get much information about doing the right workout and having the required nutrition and making muscle, and building strength. The best part of this book is this book focuses not only on adult bodybuilding but also on building muscle for older people. This is unique. I have never come across a book that talks about older people, and we all know how important it is to see your parents fit. The book also has a lot of valuable advice for stretching, warm-up, and proper breading. A very useful book to keep in your library and listen to it whenever you needed.

No pain no gain myth!
A jam-packed bodyweight training guide that trump's certain believes in the fitness world. It's not your average training book because the writer doesn't just talk about how to do certain training exercises, but also looks beyond that. He looks at natural ways to grow muscles, timing priorities and the fact that going to the gym everyday of the week is not necessary.
I enjoyed this one and recommend it!

Simple but complete
We all “know” most of these concepts but don’t follow them consistently. Great reminder and solid program.

Great workout tips for older people
This bundle includes both diet and exercise tips but is mainly a diet book. The author goes into a lot of detail on each topic. I was particularly interested in the testosterone discussion. I wish there were more discussion on Testosterone, but what is here is good. The book lacks recipes. It would have been nice to include some smoothie options or food recipes. Overall this book is packed with information and is an excellent value for your credit.

Who says "old" has to be "weak"
This is a GREAT value! 2 for one is my kind of bargain! Who says that "old" has to mean "flabby" or "out of shape"? I"m in better shape now, than when I was in my 20's! (which is hard to believe I know) I love reading (listening) to books like this because every time I do I learn a new tip/trick/secret that I didn't know before that will allow me to continue making progress and keeping my body in tip-top shape! Thanks Rex Bonds, your work has truly given me some new insights that I didn't know before! This "old dog" can learn some new tricks!

Perfect gift for parents during COVID
Bought this bundle for my Dad on his birthday for COVID, and from what I've heard and seen it has apparently changed his life. The training regimens and techniques it recommends are developed after years of research, and are optimized for people over the age of 50. A few weeks after he started listening/practicing, he immediately started telling me about the results he'd been gaining, and how surprised he was that these audiobooks contained all the wisdom he always hoped to find.
He ultimately ended up sharing it with my mom, who is able to apply/listen to the female oriented techniques, but the great thing about this bundle is that many training techniques work for both men and women. The narrator is definitely engaging, and keeps the listeners attention throughout each section. For anyone over 50 looking for a comprehensive weight training guide, or a gift, this title bundle is hard to pass up!
