Great book for all communicators!!

This book is a compendium of sage observations, helpful advice, and–of course–several apt stories to illustrate it all. It's written in a way that would make it useful to any type of professional.I found it a very well written and useful book. I am a statistician by profession and honestly, I often struggle to engage my non-technical audience!!!

This book is amazingly helpful. It is interesting, practical, life changing if put in practice. There are examples of successful ,really helping me to not just talk or preach at the congregations, or even one on one, but to truly connect with them. I will be using this quite often to check myself.

Good communication basics

Its a very well structured book for communication, i just wished the chapters were titled instead of just numbered to go back to them.

This book doesn't just tell you methods for better thinking, or ways to improve memory. It goes in-depth to help you understand how and why. It uses psychological terms and practices to explain how you don't have to go above and beyond just to exercise your mind.
