Esme and Brooks
Pretty good short story. Esme goes to Brooks' mountain home to care for him after an accident threatens to take his sight. They get much too close as patient and caregiver so she takes herself out if the equation much to Brooks' disappointment. I wanted to try a short book to listen to male virtual voice and it was better than I expected.
