Pretty painful
Relationship premise delusional in kpop industry. Characters flat due to weak contrived dialogue, heavy narrative and over focused on interactions based on social media/texting. Lead characters are not likable because come off as weak cliched victims, supporting are annoying because also flat. Even dialogue during concert where shouting out to fans is pretty cringey - guessing author hasn't really attended one recently. Tried to enjoy while driving and Waze would cut it off when new direction and honestly didn't matter. Very much prefer Lily Chu's work.
