Publisher's summary

From New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Kylie Scott comes a new story in her Stage Dive series....

When a stalker gets too close to plus-size model Mae Cooper, it’s time to hire some muscle.

Enter former military man turned executive protection officer Ziggy Thayer. Having spent years guarding billionaires, royalty, and rock'n'roll greats, he’s seen it all. From lavish parties through to every kind of excess.

There’s no reason some Instagram stylista should throw him off his game. Even if she does have the most dangerous curves he’s ever seen....

*Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a stand-alone story. For new listeners, it’s an introduction to an author’s world. And for fans, it’s a bonus book in the author’s series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do.*

“I’m not here to get paid, Mae."

Closer is a Stage Dive Novella full of Kylie Scott goodness that will spark a fire on your kindle due to the combustible attraction ignited between Mae Cooper and her bodyguard Ziggy Thayer. Mae is a popular plus-size model who has caught the attention of a crazy stalker. Despite the given circumstances (that no bodyguard is supposed to fall in love with his client), it doesn’t take Mae long to draw Ziggy out of his shell and into her bed!

Overall, Closer is a quick read full of passion blended with suspense and topped off with all of our favorite Stage Dive Characters. This has forever been one of my favorite Rock Star Romance Series and as always Kylie Scott did not disappoint. Stage Dive Fans will enjoy Closer and if you haven’t met the Stage Dive Crew this is the best appetizer to dive into! I will never tire of these bad boys and their spunky women!

Great Story - Good Audio

This was my first book by Kylie Scott and my introduction to the Stage Dive series, I really enjoyed the story and after reading it ended up coming to listen to it. I'm not a huge fan of single narrator stories, but this one was done well.

I’m so sad it’s over ...

Short and sweet but I’m not disappointed as I have serious heart eyes for Mae and Ziggy. Can’t go wrong with K-Scott or Andi-A.

Good story

A short, yet well written story. However, this story would have been 100 times better if it were a full length novel with a more in-depth storyline and longer timeframe between the characters meeting and getting together.

I wanted more!

Some books are excellent Novellas! This one was so good, but I wanted more! I needed more. I wanted a little more of them falling in love. I did love the appearance of all our stage dive favorites. I also loved ziggy and Mae. I just wanted more to the story and more the these two characters.

Enjoy Ms. Scott books

I truly enjoy Andi Arndts ability to make you forget that she is narrating. It’s as though she is the character. I have read and enjoyed many of Ms. Scott’s book, all of the Stage Dive series and more, and am a fan. Loved Mals humorous appearance. He makes me laugh with his antics. Great quick read.

Another book in the Stage Dive world!

Oh Ziggy! Who knew such a stone faced, stoic guy could harbor such a dirty boy.

Kylie's strong female leads with the non so perfect cookie cutter bods are always s winner in my book.

Another hit for Ms. Scott!

Andi Arndt once again pulls off the narration to perfection.

Kylie's writing and Andi's voice are a match made in heaven

Closer

I think I have to listen to this book again, I am not sure where the connection is with Stage Dive was it through Lena?
I mean I liked Mae and Ziggy together it was kind of obvious he was into her but he was being professional.

I like that Mae was unapologetically herself. And that she and the rest of the Stage Dive ladies got along so well.

I loved the narration Andi does this series justice.
