I think that if you are a beginner who wants to get a good start this is the audiobook for you!. I would recommend it highly. It is also a great audiobook to keep on hand as a quick reference which is why I bought it.

Great audiobook for beginners although I should have bought an audible for just learning the chakra system first (which I’ve now done). This audible does give you a good start on learning the system.
