When it comes to systemizing your business and implementing accountability programs, this is THE book to read up on.
The E-Myth, Built To Sell, and Work The System.. All books are aimed to structure any company to become more effective and impactful
Mostly when it was covering the accountability systems to keep everyone on track and held accountable
Seriously, regardless if your company/organization is small or big, this will help you take control of everything and have a clearer path to success
Most of us know what we need to do to take our company to the next level. This book gives us the framework and it is very easy to follow. Kudos to the authors.
I've read almost all of the top books written about building teams, scaling out organizations, building culture, etc. (Rockefeller habits, start with why, good to great, etc. ) and this book tops em all by far.
I have been a small business owner for about three years now and found myself running in circles and unable to really take things to the next level. This book has provided me with the roadmap for that next level and I could not feel better about it.
I currently only employee one person and hire contract workers for most of our projects but I still found this book to be priceless. Whether you are a fortune 500 or a dude working in his basement I assure you there is something in this book for you.
I think the system is really good and well laid out. Somewhat repetitive and would probably be more useful with me hard copy of the book. But otherwise enjoyable and useful.
lots of knowledge and great tools.
all the small business leaders should read this book.
I would love to heard this book a few years ago
"Wish someone had told me of this years ago!!!"
Business will be a whole new ball game with this system at your disposal. Easy to adopt and implement and the results are so powerful. Your life will actually change for the better.
Because it is a process driven system the material is dry
The reader is monotone and this doesn't enliven the content
The EOS is a commendable system and worth implementing
Some useful tips and ideas like the scorecard.
For large businesses it's great, but for sole traders far less so.
A few really good ideas came from it, but lots of lists make it hard to follow at times. Fine if you're working at a desk whilst listening, but not for in the car etc.
"outstanding information, will be buying the book"
jam packed full of systems and methods to apply to your book I quickly realised I wanted to write everything this down but in the end just listened through and decided I'd buy the book. honestly I'm not even going to buy the kindle version, I'm going to buy the paperback because I want the information on paper. before you buy the audio book or papepr book you can check on the Eos worldwide website for a bunch of free resources but they mostly won't have context without the book.
