Best business model
I have read a lot of books about running a business and I feel that traction has done a great job laying things out in order. I see why my company has chosen to use this as a model to use in growing our organization. Seems good for any business.

Actionable content
Great book for the entrepreneur that wants to take their company to the next level. I made the mistake of reading the book at the same time as my leadership team and we spun out wheels a little because the book follows a different framework than the ideal implementation framework that he lays out in the last chapter.
