nothing. Matt states that he uses 3 CMAs from other agents to get the right price, however says 'He' is a better agent and can sell for a higher price... then why use comps from realtors that are not very good?
If they are like this then yes.
A little boring.
Any agent that follows this book is going to have issues... it reads like a positive think book, and you need more than that to secure listings.
This is one of the few audio books that I will probably listen to over and over again. I felt like Matt was personally coaching me on how to succeed with real estate. He provided some great insight and delivered it in such a way that it kept me engaged and interested throughout the content.
