Cut through the scams and false promises in income strategies and investing books!
You've seen the investing book titles. They start with, "How to Make Money" and end with some ridiculous promise of a six-figure income or the words, "from home".
Search for "How to make money with passive income" in Google and you're blasted by more than seven million results. You can practically hear the swindlers screaming out at you from the screen.
Making money on your investments is a powerful draw and ripe for all kinds of scams, scoundrels, and shysters.
But in the fiction, there's a little truth to be found. The truth that more than a few people have built massive success stories through the four most popular investing strategies. The truth that many of the strategies can be started in your spare time and require little cash to get started.
This book is about that truth.

The author simplifies the complexities of understanding passive investment income options with risk and benefits associated. In a clear voice and steps (I love it when the author narrates their own audio!), helps you kick start or re-examine options that fit, and do not fit, your short term and long term needs. Great job Joseph Hogue! Thank you!!
This is what happens when an author tries to save money by reading his own book and recording it at home.
Great info in this book but unbelievably annoying reading. The author constantly stumbles over words, starts words and then restarts them, mispronounces words and then restarts them, etc.
Editing is terrible or non existent - it sounds like he just read the text one time through and made no edits for background noise, reading errors etc.
It's a real shame because the boom offers the most honest overview of how much work it really is to invest in real estate.
Great review of common passive investments but with good practical specific details and ideas for application and implementation.
