Years ago, after suffering a humiliatingly large dumb tax, it dawned on me that I have a seemingly unlimited ability to hit unforced errors and sabotage my business and financial success. I suspect you do, too. It turns out that the key to getting rich (and staying that way) is to avoid doing stupid things. I don't need to do more smart things. I just need to make fewer dumb mistakes. The author explained the full process and expectations in a much simpler way. The book has formulas useful for evaluating properties so a proper side by side comparison can be made. With so many properties available for sale presented differently, this book is refreshing. It gives us a great deal. Thanks to the author. I suggested it to anyone with joy.

A useful guide forever. This book is filled with a wealth of information and created in an easy to understand form. Overall the mathematics is quite straight forward and explained nicely with concrete examples. It also has a bunch of links to online calculators but I haven't used any yet. I learned a lot and will be using this book as a go-to source in the future.
