It is all much easier than I originally thought!
A great book! Helped me better understand what the real estate agent work really is. Being in leadership roles in the IT I also enjoyed refreshers about the motivation, leverage, energy, and other key concepts!

I have read many Real Estate Book, but this book is amazing. If you follow the structure and layout that is explained by the author will be successful. The plan is very real and achievable. I really liked the book and recommending it to all Real Estate Professionals to read it.

Great Advice For Beginners in Real Estate

I read this book because I want to get started in a real estate career and I found a winner. Great advice all around from beginners to pros in this business. Has many individual stories from other folks that really inspire you to work hard and earn well. This is a book that you can read over and over again to glean wisdom over the years. Highly recommend.

Great Information
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Kyle Hebert?
I am not sure, however I felt like I was listening to a game show host or used car salesman. I find his tonality to be distracting and sadly it takes away from the content.
Any additional comments?
Great information, I have been a coaching client of Mike Ferry for well over a decade, the information is all very similar, great to hear another source. This is likely a much better read than audiobook as I did not enjoy the narrator.
