Being in real estate 4 years now... it makes more sense now!
After reading this book completely for the first time and not skimming And after going through trial and error in my business, this book makes way more sense now. Sometimes it’s hard to make sense of the book if you haven’t gone through those experiences they are explaining in it. Great read if you want to get off to a good start in real estate.

Hard to follow with book
I gave it a 4 overall because of two things. Although I thought it was very good, it was a bit dated and very hard to follow along in the actual book.
