Thought provoking
Even thought I work in IT, I've found the notion of "Franchising" inspiring. There is much to draw from, but it will take some thought. Great read (listen). Long. Dragged in some areas, for me. But worth it.

Great book to create a business mindset
I enjoy how the book looks at the systems of business and that is creating a business itself. Often times the idea is the Passion but without the structure it can be quite difficult.
