I've been an audible subscriber for almost eight years and have built a large library of audio books. This is on the short list of books I read EVERY year sometimes more than once.

Anyone aspiring to leadership or in leadership should read this book!

    "Lead with conviction"

This book lays out the values the leader who wants to lead right and with conviction should hone.
The chapters are well structured and there are nuggets of wisdom across the book.
It is a good book that gives an alternative to the leading culture that is common today.

    "He "Gets" Leadership!"

He really understands leadership. Listen to this book, it will help you be a better leader. It is not just another leadership theory rehashed as is often the case in books of this nature, but contains a lot of original thought, tested both by the authors personal experience and time. I am very thankful for this book and I will read the physical book some time in the future. I believe I recall Dr John MacArthur an exemplary leader in his own right saying this is the best book on leadership he has read.
