Awesome Book!

This book is going to help me out tremendously!

I'm currently closing on my first duplex and will become an instant landlord, so listing to this audio book gave me some helpful tips on how to setup my systems and access to forms I going to need in three wheels when my property closes. Great information!

The flow of the audio book was great Brandon had stories for all of the examples that he used. It's nice to know that the author is an active investor and can gives us advice that can be applied in today's market.

Great book

Alot of great information in the audio for first time and previous landlords on keeping systems in place to run as a business and not a hobby, I will buy the soft cover book for a guide. It does sound overwhelming when listening but will help run the business the right way.

Will exceed expectations

As a new-ish landlord, this book is full of the tools I need, and you need, to run the quality rental business that we’d all desire. Excellent resource that would make a great gift for the landlord in your circle.
