I read/listen to a lot of business books. This one is without a question worth the time. Critical lessons and rules that were invaluable. Specifically around hiring and motivating sales people, which was very helpful for me at the current stage of my business.

My business is nothing like the author's yet I understood each concept as it is explained.

The voice actor comes across as if he personally experienced these stories and concepts. A very enjoyable presentation.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Street Smarts has motivated me to move forward with several "next step" actions that, in the back of my mind, I knew needed to be accomplished.

I never leave my comments. This is a first. I can assure you that the concepts related in this audio book are highly valuable to you, your business, and those you interact with every day. I won't say "it will change your life" but I will say that you may choose to handle people and situations differently (for the better) after listening to Street Smarts.

Great biz fundamentals to remember

There is a lot of good, practical advice in this book. Good stories of Norm's experiences.

Helpful advice I immediately applied

I enjoyed listening to this book. I listened to it all the way through which is unusual for me with a business book! When I heard several of the suggestions in this book I was motivated to go make the changes to my business online. Offering immediately actionable advice that I can see how to use in my own business is the most I think I can get out of a book! A few of the chapters didn't apply to me having an online business that much so I just skipped them and the book continued to flow to the end.
