I have listened to every Project Management book I can find. This is the best one I have found so far. Well done accurate and effectively communicated.
I love audio books! From science to fiction, business to history. Stories, novels, fairytales, descriptions, guides, explanations, etc.
This is an excellent book on project management. I have been working with project management for many years and I did not have high expectations for this “…for dummies” listen, but I was very positively surprised.
The UK version I listened to is very well narrated. The book is well organized and full of good explanations from anything on how to start a project till how to end it - and everything in between. Each chapter is in its right, timed place, again very well explained and exemplified. Many ideas on what to keep in mind when this or that happens.
If there is one book to read on project management, I would recommend this overview book. From this book as a primer it is easy to find and understand information on project management generally.
System agnostic, surprisingly insightful review of general project management mind frame and tools. Definitely recommended for new comers to the field.
"great book. helps with all kinds of management."
considering the book gives the impression it's purely beneficial to those looking to define their slot of manage as 'project management', the book is filled with lots of helpful information. as a mechanical engineer I find this content useful is a multiple of ways. recommended for anyone who is not a project management wanting to advance their scope into management techniques.
