Great book for selling door to door in the 90's, maybe still useful in a few niche industries, but overall doesn't address the modern environment. Overall not bad advice, but predates email and cell phones.
To me he is the best at explaining step by step he keeps it light and funny and always captivates you and keep you engaged in what he is saying. I have learned more faster from Mr. Hopkins...
