I’m surprised how much I like this book.
I picked this book up because I thought it would give me entry into the way my Jewish neighbors/friends celebrate the holidays. But it felt like a typical Christmas party vibe to me. And then the Hanukkah in July? Yes, that knocked a point off my rating.
However, the friends to enemies and back to friends again was delightfully done. There were misunderstandings that were quickly resolved. There were broken hearts without the end of friendship. There was family support and…well, you need to read the book for the rest of the story.
I think the best compliment I can give this is that I WILL want to reread this story every year. Excuse me, but it is now time to check out other books by the author. Oh, I almost forgot. I did enjoy the narration as well. What are you waiting for? Download this book!

Such a Treat
I started this book just looking for a lighthearted story while I worked. It was such a treat just the right amount of light hearted Ness and romance. But I did not expect defined so many interesting Jewish traditional items. That I literally had to look up and educate myself to know what they were. I truly hope that the artist author writes many more stories. I am an official fan.
