The voice acting is amazing!
If you need to scratch that grim dark itch it's got some good stories these are made even better by the narrator. Great performance!

It's a day-in-the-life collection. Adds some good detail, but doesn't add anything new about the Primarchs. The performance is great and the stories don't drag at all.

the stories were good but not amazing, however, the narration was truly sublime. I cannot stress enough how much I hope he does more for the Black Library

Best narrator of all time.
I will buy any Black Library book Christopher Tester narrates. I have never listened to a Horus Heresy book before, but now I think I will start. I have listened to many 40k books, but Christopher Tester’s narration was too good to resist and has pulled me into this new area of Warhammer.

Christopher Tester greatest Narrator of all time?
Absolutely love all of the 40K audio books some are better than others. One thing i can say with all of my conviction is Christopher Tester should receive the lions share of Narration duties. Absolutely amazing.

From TikTok to audible to the imperium!
Great narration brings to stories to life! Would love to hear some of the guard stories from the same narrator. Solid short stories!!

Absolutely Amazing!
fantastic narration! he truly brings each character to life and makes them each feel distinct with subtle changes to his accent, truly a wonderfully talented individual! each short story was really nice and well structured.
